To be or not to be,

That’s the type of poetry you expect from me?

I write more than poetry, no, I sing songs

I write more than poetry; I tell stories

Stories from feet that have walked this very earth, eyes that have lusted the same moon, stories I’ve had to experience, to see

Stories that made me become who I am today

So to be, or not to be

I write more than poetry, I write songs and their long

I write more than poetry, no, I write stories, and they make me strong.
